World Cup Fever!

READ THE ARTICLE ABOUT THE WORLD CUP AND MATCH THE PARAGRAPHS WITH THEIR HEADLINES:

1) Official Symbols
2) Background
3) The teams

A - The 20th FIFA World Cup is being held in Brazil from June 12 to July 13, 2014. This is the first time in nearly forty years that the World Cup has been held in South America, and the second time it's been held in Brazil. The first time, in 1950, is remembered for the huge number of passionate football fans who crowded into Brazil's massive stadiums, making it one of the most exciting and atmospheric World Cups ever.

B - A total of 32 teams are competing in this year's World Cup Finals, with all except the host country's team having earned their place by qualifying. 203 teams took part in the qualification process by competing in one of six World Cup qualification tournaments that began in June 2011 and ended in November 2013. Of the teams that eventually qualified, four are from countries in Asia, four are from North and Central America, five are from Africa, six are from South America, and thirteen are from Europe, including first-time qualifier Bosnia and Herzegovina.

C - The winning design for the 2014 World Cup logo has been widely criticized for its "poor quality". On the other hand, the 2014 World Cup mascot, a cartoon armadillo called Fuleco, has been well-received, however, especially among children who say he's cute. The official World Cup ball was designed, as usual, by Adidas, and it is called Brazuca.

ANSWER 2 OF THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS:

2) How long were the Qualifiers for the World Cup?

3) How were the Official symbols received by the public?

4) What is the picture representing?
